I had the opportunity to write a profile of a trail runner who is part of the Freetrail community. Freetrail is dedicated to the life-changing sport of trail running. Its mission is to use trail running as a tool to positively influence the lives of individuals and the world as a whole. This is a group I can both get behind and engage with. For me, being a part of this community increases my quality of life.
